Wow! I can’t believe it has taken me over 2 years and having my 2nd baby to feel emotionally prepared to share this live birth vlog! I have felt so much shame, anxiety and raw emotion from my first birth experience. As the due date for my second child grew closer, I finally made myself watch this footage from my first birth experience. I wanted to learn from what happened the first time, process my experience and plan for a better experience.
I’m ecstatic to share my second birth experience was extremely positive and I was able to release so much emotional trauma I was storing. I also filmed this experience and will be sharing it with you as well!
I also filmed my husband and I talking about our birth story with both of our babies and will be sharing these videos as well!
