When it comes to pads, one size definitely doesn’t fit all. Did you know that 60% of women wear the wrong size pad and 80% of women experience leaks every month. I was shocked by these statistics! I have to admit until recently, I had never used a pad. I started my period when I was a professional ballerina already, so tampons have always been my closest ally. This is interesting..THAT’s why there are so many sizes! I always had a hard time navigating them. I’ve mostly transferred over to re-useable menstrual products now though.
I want to be comfy, so this is important to know. I would NOT want something too bulky–or too small. That could be awkward.

Looks good. It can be really hard to find the right products for you, can’t it! I really like the Always range.
I have been using Always for years, its basically the only brand I use for that time of the month. I’m plus size so It’s great that they make pad according to a size.
I love Always. I haven’t ever worn them except for after giving birth, but this brand is my go to! They’re amazing!
