I just had a baby five weeks ago and maintaining an active yoga practice was such an important part of my pregnancy journey. Once I entered my third trimester and progressed along, I noticed there were fewer options available to me for an inspiring mind and body workout. I was no longer able to take regular classes and modify the movements, so I began searching for classes that would help prepare my mind and body for labor and the postnatal recovery as well as help through the final weeks of pregnancy. I’m thrilled I discovered Naam Yoga and have partnered with them to bring you this wonderful Prenatal Yoga Therapy Video. You will get a wonderful workout of the mind, body and soul and feel more connected with your baby.
Please find the prenatal yoga therapy video here and the follow along with the chanting and exercises directly below:

More on Naam Yoga:
Naam unites the spiritual doctrines of East and West with ancient and advanced yogic practices. The purpose of Naam Yoga is to heal the physical body, expand one’s consciousness and to become universal in nature by acknowledging the divine essence in oneself. As a yogic science, Naam Yoga combines healing sound current with powerful breath work, dynamic physical movement and mudras (hand exercises) that beneficially impact the body’s energetic meridian system.
It is the true definition of healing and strengthening the mind, body and spirit.
As the wonderful Alyssa Gaustad mentioned, Dr. Levry also just launched an INCREDIBLE book about pregnancy and motherhood. You can find everything in Dr. Levry’s new book The Ultimate Secrets of Intimacy and Creation from meditations to holistic recipes that help with the postpartum experience and things like breastfeeding and teething! As a new parent, I’m analyzing everything, reflecting more on my childhood and digging deeper into my own family experience. Dr. Levry shares that it is important to realize that our heredity does not have to be our destiny. His book teaches the reader how to neutralize and resolve karmic burdens that visit family lineages across generations before being passed on to our children.
I hope you enjoyed this!
